can i get the design equations of capacitor and filter in the converter side of a VSC-HVDC? How did yo select the values of capacitors,filters,and smoothening reactors?

In VSC -HVDC detailed model that given in mathworks,how did you design the 3rd harmonic filters and other smoothening filters? Why 27th and 54th filters are taken specifically? How can we choose the capacitor values and other parameters as given in he model? can i get a detailed design?
