C2000 Support Package and Fixed-Point Designer

Is there a way I can use the C2000 support package to generate code without it checking out a Fixed-Point Designer license? I do not explicitly use the Fixed-Point Tool or any features that I know of.

MATLAB Coder, Simulink Coder, and Embedded Coder generate ANSI/ISO C/C++ code that can be compiled and executed on Texas Instruments™ (TI) C2000 microcontrollers.
