Change in the colour of the original image obtained after embedding data inside

I have embedded data(binary 0,1)inside red plane of the image by using embedding algorithm'Multilevel Histogram Modification and sequential recovery.'After recovery of image I am getting original image but its colour is slightly changing.How can I get original image as it is?

Is the recovery not perfect? Or is class() of the output not the same as class() of the input?
