Matrix data analysis from DM3 Image

Hi,

I have a matrix with 10000 rows and 200 columns. I want to process the last 35 columns by setting a threshold. Graphs below this threshold should be saved in a new matrix and the ones above the threshold should be stored in another matrix. I know that I should use a for loop, but I am a beginner and do not know so much how to start.
