how to export data to excel for each iterations after four compound for loops?

I have set of codes in below format.
% variables /n for i= 0:0.2:1.0
% formula
for n=0:0.2:1.0

for l=0:0.25:1
% formula
for m=0:0.2:1

Final = [x y z . . . . . . . . . . . . .];
end
