How to convert video file(.avi) to .bag file?

Hello. I want to convert my video file(.avi) to .bag file format for using on ROS.
Please help me......... Please

You can run the video in a ROS node and then record a bag file.
Also you can use Robotics System Toolbox with Simulink to create a model that can do it.
