Is it possible to do the heart sound acquisition?

I would like to know, if it's possible, how to read a phonocardiogram with matlab.

You are doing cardiac auscultation and, and recording the sounds is called phonocardiography. You get different sounds depending on the frequency you want and where you listen. See the Wikipedia article on Heart sounds for an introduction. Do an Interweb search on ‘cardiac auscultation’ for more sources and details.
