How to find changes in the simulink/stateflow model? Changes in priorities of outgoing transitions changed. Need to find where all it got changed.

I have designed a model using stateflow. But during reviewing, some how the priorities of the outgoing transitions changed in many places. It is very tough to check them .
I mean, i want to know if there is any script that can help me in find the differences between the old and new model and let me know the differences?
