Find the indices where an two iso-surfaces intersect

Hello,
I would like to find the indices where two iso-surfaces intersect. The first surface is one from my CFD data (in blue), and the second surface is a cylinder as shown in the image. I need the indices for the intersection, so I can average the values of the CFD data within the area.
