The example did not exist in R2016a; it was new in R2016b.

You indicated in http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/320379-how-can-i-open-example that you have an R2016b trial but that you are not able to open the example with that. As Star Strider suggested, you will need to contact Support for that.
