Fault location using transient wave analysis

Hi, Am doing fault location in transmission system (Single end method) using transient wave analysis method. Here, First i converted the three phase voltages(Va, Vb & Vc) into modal voltages using clarke transformation. Then i have to use DWT to find the coefficients of faut timing(i.e. fault duration).How to find this?
