Deactivating a remote computer that is turned off

I wasn't sure how many activations I have on my personal license. As it turns out I think I have two. The problem is that I have two desktop computers, one in Colorado and one in Florida. The computer in Colorado is turned off but I believe is still registered. I have MatLab on my Florida laptop and now wish to install it on my labtop. To do this I will have to deactivate the license on my Colorado. I am in Florida and my Colorado computer is powered down. How can I deactivate it remotely?
