Unable to load and run code for STM32F4DISCOVERY

Hallo All, I'm using win8.1_64bit, matlab 2014a. I'm using STM32F4DISCOVERY board, and I have a problem to load and run the code. I have no problem to generate the code using matalb, then I can load it by ST-link utility without problem. when I set the configuration to build, load and run, I got this error:
