Reshape 3 dimensional data in Matlab

i have climatic data in the form of x*y*time; i reshaped the data using data1 = reshape(data,[],t); which produced 50400x73; the orignal format was 180x280x73. after replacing the nan values and running my code. i still have the same data as 50400x73. i tried reshaping using reshape(data,[180,280]). but its not working and showing the error [Error using reshape To RESHAPE the number of elements must not change.]
any idea how to reshape the data back to above shape. thanks

reshape(data, 180, 280, [])
