Problem in understanding Bayes Classifier.

Hai friends, i have a code foe Bayes classifier. Even though everything is explained regarding how to give input, i am totally confused and not able to understand it. I am using it for two-classes.
I have attached the links where you can find example programs and the code which which i have to use for my data.
