Multiple camera calibration with custom pattern

I need to calibrate multiple cameras. MATLAB provides only stereo camera calibration with checkerboard patern. Bu I need to calibrate cameras placed in a circular orientation. In that case two cameras couldn't see the same checker board when the are placed more than 90 degrees. As I read there are so many algorithms like 5 point, 7 point algorithms which suits this situation. My question is is there any solution provided by MATLAB supporting these algorithms?

If not, how could I write my own algorithm for 3point or 5point camera calibration
