Property inspector color selection problem

I have created a UI with Guide. Select either the window background or any of the static/edit text boxes, and click property inspector. Select either the foreground or background color property. The window that pops up is way too small for the content, has no scroll bars, and can only be navigated using the tab key. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Can you take a screen shot of that window and attach it to your post so we can see what you see? In this case a picture will be worth a thousand words.
