Simulation of common source circuit.

I want to simulate common source circuit in Simulink. But I think the waveform shown in scope seems not enough accurate. Could you tell me how to change the accuracy(simulation step?).

Surely. To reduce the time step of your solver, click on the bottom right (where it says what solver is being used), and then click on the little gear that appears. When the configuration panel appears, you can click on "Additional options" in order to show the option related with the definition, including the maximum and minimum step size (as a personal reference and for not too short simulations, you can try to put the max step size as 0.1 seconds for example - if it doesn't refine your results enough, try with 0.01)
