Does R2014b support Arduino I2C Simulink blocks?

All the documentation suggests R2016b supports the Arduino I2c libraries. A co-workers installation of R2015b also shows the I2C blocks.

I did a hardware support package re-install for 14.2.2 but it doesn't seem to have added the library.

Can anyone confirm if R2014b supports I2C for Arduino?

The I2C Read and I2C Write Simulink blocks were introduced in MATLAB R2015b.

But you can interact with I2C devices in MATLAB R2014b using the 'I2C devices' MATLAB functions -
