Hi, every one, can any one plz suggest for me how i calculate the percentage of MYOCARDIAL detected area from total Gmask detected pixel/area

i observe the Cardiac MRI Left Ventricle Images and finally identified the Oedema region in bright colour (as shown in image) now i need to detect automatically and take a parentage. can any one plz help me.. i say thanks in advanc
