How to train ANN if my input data is in the form of signals (EMTP-ATP)?

I have generated my dataset using ATP-EMTP generated signals.Now i want to train ANN using these signals for fault prediction.I tried alot but still didn,t come with any solution. signal demonstration is attach in image.

There are two separate regions with stationary summary statistics.
This can be modeled with two nets.
Why does the secondary current occur before the magnetizing current?

How can i achieve this two nets? I want to use Feedforward Neural Network with Sigmoid function
