i want to flip selected index of 128 bits in counter manner

i have 128 bits , and i want to flip certain bits according to certain index with counter
example : if i have 8 bits data (01010101) and i want to flip index (2,4 and 6) by 3-bits counter
so the output will be 01010001 by counter 001 for the selected index 6 01000101 by counter 010 for the selected index 4 00000001 by counter 011 for the selected index 4,2
and so on
