How can I change a value of the Upper limit in the PI controller from the workspace?

I have a PID controller inside a model. I want to change the value of the upper limit from the workspace instead of using the value from the data dictionary. I have created a block (To Workspace) called the same as the upper limit in the PI controller. I have connected this block to a constant value = 100. When I run the script, it always takes the value from the data dictionary instead of the block defined in the same model. How can I do it?
