Is the database toolbox mandatory when compiling matlab code on a pc with matlab without database toolbox?

I've two matlab developers. One with the database toolbox installed. The other with the Matlab compiler, but without database toolbox license. Can the code (with db interaction) from the first developer be compiled bij the second developer?
