Toolbox Student Pricing Different Now?

I want to purchase some toolboxes to add to my MATLAB software but the price isn't the same as it was when I purchased my student license. When I purchased my license, toolboxes were priced 10$ each but now if I try to purchase them individually they're priced 30$. Is the 10$ price only available at time of purchase? If so, I'd be disappointed, as I wanted to wait until I would become more proficient with MATLAB before purchasing toolboxes, hence why I waited to purchase them.

Add on products are $USD10 "With your MATLAB Student or Student Suite order", which means only if you order them right when you order the main license (they might give you a day or to grace time.)

Depending how many you plan to order, it can turn out to be less expensive to buy a second student license.
