Is it possible to do use the multi-taper method to obtain power spectral density and keep the phase? just as I get from the standard fft. I am using the pmtm.m function but it does not output the phase, only the power amplitude.
Thanks! Nadav

Hi Nadav - have you got any solution for that already?
Thanks + cheers, Henry

Hi Henry, Unfortunately no... But I was able to use German Prieto's code to deconvolve two signals. check out: https://krischer.github.io/mtspec/tutorial.html
This one is Python, but you can ask German for his Matlab code.
Cheers, Nadav
