How can I load my own dataset in image recognition ?

I have dataset containing dicom files . I used "load data" but it isnt working . Below is the error being shown : >>load data Error using load Unable to read file 'data': no such file or directory.
But the file exists.

You have to mention extension. doc dicomread.
