Does anybody could tell me the difference between global optimization tool & optimization tool ?Many thanks!

As mentioned in the title,could anyone illustrate it?Thank you so much!I've tried several same target functions and initial values in the two boxes,and the results are completely the same. So I want to know what are the differences between them?In usage,algorithm,or anything else?
