what is the required toolbox to add yy axis command to my matlab2015b ?

i am using matlab 2015b , i wanted to use yyaxis command .i s there any possibulity get that command by the updating the toolboxes?

If you can, upgrade to R2016a, otherwise yyaxis is not available as it was only added in R2016a and is in the base Matlab rather than a toolbox.

You should look into plotyy. yyaxis will not work.
