save a created XML file with a proper name in a desired folder

Hi I have created an XML, and then When I want to save it in a file i have two problems:

First, The XML name is created arbitrarily , while I want to give it a name that I want.

Second, The file is saved in temp.I want to save it in a folder that I want. the result is something like this:

C:\Users\meisam\AppData\Local\Temp\tpc3294b82_ef6d_4e41_9050_d03c2adc706c.xml How can i change the place that the file is saved, and how can i change the name to what i want?
