How can I import MSC.Nastran .bdf file to Matlab to control finite element meshes and boundaries using a Matlab code?

I would like to use Matlab to control MSC.Nastran. Specifically, I would like to iteratively feed different model parameters into the model and let NX Nastran solve this model.

Attach a file.....and explain what you want to do. It can be done. You have to explain more clearly.

The attached file is a very simple thermal analysis model. I would need to open it in Matlab, control boundary conditions and feed different model parameters into the model and let NX Nastran solve the modified model.
