Where is the download link?

Today (October 16, 2016) I purchased the symbolic math toolbox for the 2016 version of MATLAB. I am still unable to download the add-on that I purchased. Why is this? In my account it says I paid for it, but when I go to 'download products' it is only a download link to MATLAB itself, not the software I purchased. If I paid for it, why am I unable to download it?

It can take a business day for the purchase to be processed by Mathworks.
Mathworks will email you a download URL, I understand.
