hi i need to plot a circle and plot another inside it.particles are randomly distributed in space of the axis.the radius of the inside circle is 'r'.the gap between the outside and inside circle is 'ϵ' and the area of the gap is 's'.now i need to find out the percentage of particles in 'ϵ' and calculate the value of 'π' using the formula ϵ/s=2πr using hit and miss monte carlo method.pls help.
