How to define fault inception angel in simulink ?

Hi
i want to change my fault inception angle but i don't know how to set my fault inception angle at first place ! my fault inception angle is [ 0 60 120 180 240 300 ] and my simulation stop time is 0.25 can anyone explain how to define it ? i searched a lot but couldn't find a proper answer
