uitable set width of row of header?

Hello , I'm having a big problem with the RowName column , it grows too big and I can't fix it's width or set it anyway.

Is there a way to fix/set the row header column width?

I do have the same problem. I've created too many tables using guide and still have no idea how to adjust the size (width) of row header. The width of the row header becomes much bigger than the string which is inside it and there is no way to make it smaller.

If anyone knows please make a comment.
