eror when using webcamlist in command windown

i am using matlab 2013b version, but when i write command : webcamlist, it is eror . i cannot intall USB webcam i only can install USB video therefor i canot solute the problem

According to the R2013b Documentation, hardware support are only available in the Data Acquisition Toolbox, several others including the Image Acquisition Toolbox, and Simulink. If you have Simulink, click on that link and see if it lets you download the webcam support software.
