spatio-temporal filter

I am trying to differentiate the ultrasound signals from moving microbubbles to the signals from tissue. I came to know, in these cases, we want to use spatio-temporal filter. Wondering if someone can help me developing such filter. I tried to use gaussian hpf in the temporal domain to keep the moving objects and eliminating the stationary objects. However, that did not work.
