retrieving the image

I have taken 2 videos and have converted into frames,so i have two folders

frame1 has 42 frames

frame 2 has 120 frames

now i have computed mean of each frame

now there are two folders containing mean values

mean1 and mean2

now i want to match these two and if the value of mean is same i want to retrieve the image ,please help
