Axes get clipped while impelementing "Scrollable GUI" in Matlab 2015a [ The same code works nicely in Matlab 2013b & Matlab 2016a ]

I am trying to implement scrollable GUI , with multiple axes in the uipanel. The code works nicely in Matlab 2013b & Matlab 2016a. However, the axes get clipped [ Axes shown Partly ] while I resize the figure and scroll down. [ I used the information available on the Matlab Community to come up with the code ]

a) Scrollable GUI in Matlab 2013a / 2016a

b) Scrollable GUI in Matlab 2015a

It seems that the issue was fixed in the Matlab 2016a. I need to implement it in Matlab 2015a. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Attached is the code for reference!
