How to implement control algorithm separately for more than two Lego eV3 model by using LEGO TOOLBOX/ LEGO Simulink through WiFi/ bluetooth ?

1)Trying to develop an algorithm for controlling few robot.Each robot will have separate algorithm. Can it be possible with LEGO Simulink. 2) Data transmission will be through Wifi/ bluetooth.
