Updating simulation simultaneously

I am working on MPC/Simulink model. In simulate my model for 500s. I pause my simulation at 200s to insert another coding for parameter recalculating. And continue the simulation until 500s. The calculation did and correcting did happen but I cannot plot the output starting from 0 to 500. It only display before and after the calculation.

How do I plot the continuous simulation during the correction?
