how to build a tow areas(Performance of Three PSS for Interarea Oscillations) system with four synchronous generators with manual excitation ?

an example(model) is already in matlab simulink and it's name "Performance of Three PSS for Interarea Oscillations" and i need to implement the same model without excitation and governors
