Freeze after pause command

Hi,

When I run my script with some pause command, sometimes when I apply CTRL+C during the pause execution, it's impossible to run again my script because the "run button" is replaced by the "pause button" which is disable (grey). Is it a bug in the 2016a distribution ?

PS : I'm following the coursera course about machine learning (Andrew Ng), and a lot of people have this bug.

I have also had this a few times, though on completely different code.

I clicked on the command winddow and then did cntl + c. This worked
