How to find out the distribution of daily data with some missing values?

I would like to know the distribution of my daily data with some function in matlab.My problem is my data has some gaps(10%-30%)so can I still apply some function like "Fit all valid parametric probability distributions to data" to my data to see the distribution of the data?Many Thanks in advance for your help.
