Initial state vector "X0" must be a real vector of length 1

Hi everyone,
I am trying to simulate the Sigma Delta Toolbox . The provided model works very well, without any hiccups. However, if I try to change the simulink file in anyway (e.g. by removing an integrator block), the script executes with the following error:
Initial state vector "X0" must be a real vector of length 1
The toolbox uses a script to run the simulink model for the sigma delta.
Can someone help fix this error?
