How to make data table aligned straight column by column?

Hello,

I am unable to make my data table straight in vertical column by column as shown in the example below:

                Age    Height    Weight    BloodPressure
                ___    ______    ______    _____________

    Smith       38     71        176       124     93   
    Johnson     43     69        163       109     77   
    Williams    38     64        131       125     83   
    Jones       40     67        133       117     75   
    Brown       49     64        119       122     80

My output table look like below:

     LastName     Gender    Age    Height    Weight    Smoker
    __________    ______    ___    ______    ______    ______

How are you doing the output? When I try with a table object, everything is aligned for me.
