how can I compute two-point correlation function from binary image??

I want to make 3D microstructure using stochastic reconstruction from 2D image. To do this, I should know characterization via correlation functions. I do not know how to compute correlation function though I know the theory of correlation function. Please give me an advice!

It is my understanding that you want to compute the two-point correlation function of a binary image.
The following documentation link will be helpful.

I might be a little to late, but here's a function I programmed that is much faster: https://de.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/86852-autocorr2-two-point-autocorrelation
It uses the FFT to do the convolution.
