What do you observe when you try to install?
Could you confirm that your Windows 7 is 64 bit?

Yes, it does not run. I installed it on a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and it does not run. I tried making it run following mathworks' instructions with no success. Is it because it is a trial version? It's quite disappointing...

Contact Technical Support using the Contact Us link in the upper-right corner of this page and describe what happens when you try to install. They should be able to help you unblock your installation.
