Extrapolate and join two 3D array of points.

I have 2 arrays with XYZ coordinates that get closer together but aren't joint (essentially there is a clear gap of xyz coordinates between them. This is difficult given a 3D space).

My question: Is there a function where I can extrapolate these arrays (maybe using splines) to generate another set of coordinates that join these two arrays?
