Dispersion percentage calculation (binary image)

Hi all Actually i wrote a small code about to estimate the filler. But there should be more accurate and fats way.Is there any code for estimate the level of dispersion there. For example binary image you see some particles in white level. I wanna learn the dispersion level of this image.

What is your definition of "dispersion level"?

actually percentage of the white level from image(i dont know whole white area gives these result). But it has to be parallel or close result with experimental ones averagely.

And also the another challenging task for dispersion, is the homogeneity level for this kind of images. Is there another possible way to extract homogeneity level(except some algorithms Tamura etc). I want to characterize these images their homogeneity level(we can call this may be dispersion). For the example images the bigger blobs should be decrease the level. Particles should be disperse homogenicly all surface.
